It was our pleasure to be chosen as Michelle and Shannon’s wedding photographers at Newstead House on the Brisbane River. Newstead House is Brisbane’s oldest surviving residence dating from 1846 when it was constructed for Patrick Leslie who first settled in the Darling Downs in 1840. Over the years, Newstead has developed from a basic Colonial Georgian cottage into an expansive homestead with detailed balustrades, beautiful verandahs and a view that incorporates the Brisbane River, lush parklands, sections of the Breakfast Creek Heritage precinct and the culturally rich suburbs of Bowen Hills, Newstead and  Hamilton.

Michelle and Shannon held their reception at Eves on the River located in the heart of Tenneriffe, which has stunning views of the Brisbane river.

Michelle had her flowers designed by her sister at Jada Flowers which are situated on the north-side of Brisbane. Jada Flowers are just wonderful at creating unique designs that reflects the style of their client’s weddings.

Michelle and Shannon are such a sweet couple and great friends to eachother, having first met in High School. They obviously love eachother deeply and we wish them all the very best for their future together.
