We had the pleasure of meeting Carrieann and Oliver’s new baby, Leon, and taking his newborn baby photos, and their first family portrait (fur-babies were included naturally!).

This beautiful family was first introduced to von Maedler Photography when we took their wedding photos a few years ago along the Noosa river.

It is said that it is good luck to have some rain on your wedding day; in their case it poured with torrential rain during their wedding!  However, the part about the good luck seems to be true for this wonderful couple, as they have started growing their lovely family with a healthy, baby boy.

We wish them all the very best!

Jasmine and Luke chose their all-in-one wedding venue at the Workshops Rail Museum in Ipswich for their special day.

It is one of our favourite venues to take photographs as there is so many interesting settings and historical buildings to use as unique backgrounds.

We look forward to seeing the team from Workshops Rail Museum again soon.

It was our pleasure to photograph baby Finley who recently entered the world.

He was so relaxed, drifting in and out of sleep for the photo shoot.

He has an adoring family who looked on making sure they were all included in a photo with the baby.

Finley’s parents were previous clients of ours whose wedding we photographed at the Workshop Rail Museum; it has been an honour to revisit for this important milestone.

We hope to work with them again for their next big event.

Emily and Jonathan chose “Secrets on the Lake”  as their all-in-one wedding location for their special day.

Situated in a rainforest at the picturesque Baroon Pocket Dam, it is an ideal location for weddings with dining options, accommodation and so many scenic locations for wedding photos without the need for further travel.

Emily and Jonathan were so relaxed and had a lot of fun for their wedding day and it showed through in their photos.

Emily and Jonathan are such a special couple and we wish them all the very best for their future together.

We had the pleasure of being Sofie and Steven’s wedding photographer a few years back at the Workshop Rail Museum. They have since had a little boy, William, and their second child is due in February. Recently, we again had the opportunity to capture a family portrait of the three of them when William turned one. And now we get to photograph the four of them (baby bump included) in this relaxed Maternity shoot.

It has been such an honour to help this beautiful family document their major milestones.

Congratulations Sofie, Steven and William. Not long to go now!
