With all this hot weather we have been experiencing lately, we find ourselves remembering all the beach wedding photography we have done over the years. In particular, we recall the wedding of Ashleigh and Troy which was held at Kingscliff in northern New South Wales. They were such a relaxed couple and it suited them to have a beach wedding. Their ceremony was situated at the beach just near of the Kingscliff Bowls Club with only close friends and family present. We loved that their ceremony was full of excitement and laughter!
Ashleigh and Troy later took us to one of their favourite locations at Cabarita Beach, near Bogangar. At the local Lions Park, there is a walkway through to the national parks which allows the public to see breathtaking views of the Bay and the Tweed Coast. It has been reported that you can do some whale-watching from the headland as this is where they make their annual migration. Cabarita Beach is also renowned for its surfing and hosts many carnivals throughout the year, and also has great fishing for the avid anglers.
Ashleigh and Troy finished off their afternoon with drinks and a few games of bare foot bowls at Kingscliff Bowls Club before entering their wedding reception at the bowls club. The room for their reception had spectacular views of the beach; the perfect setting for a relaxed day where everyone could enjoy an afternoon of celebration and light-hearted fun.
